I first discovered my passion for Pilates while living in Australia, during a time when I was struggling with various aches and pains linked to hypermobility. Pilates completely transformed how I move and feel in my body, which led me to return to the UK and train in 2019 under the expert guidance of Joanne Cobbe, Founder and Principal Tutor of JPilates. That experience sparked my commitment to helping others feel strong, supported, and at home in theirs.

Having recently returned to my hometown of Cambridge, I’m excited to begin teaching again and to share the knowledge I’ve gained through fun, dynamic, and accessible classes. My aim is to create a welcoming space where people can build strength, improve mobility, and genuinely feel good in their bodies.

Pilates is a unique and all encompassing form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. The exercises develop strength, mobility, flexibility and enhances body awareness. This balanced method offers something for everybody regardless of age or ability, you are always encouraged to work at a level that feels good for you.
