4-Week Beginner Pilates Course
THURSDAYS: 7.30-8.15am - Alma Wellbeing Barn @ Bourn

This 4-week course is designed especially for beginners, with 4 x 45-minute classes to help you build confidence, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Each session we’ll go through classic Pilates moves with gentle regressions - breaking down each movement so you can build strength, confidence, and control at your own pace.

What to bring:
Mats provided, just bring a water bottle!
